Morgan is a 10 year old Black Lab who served 8 years as an explosives detection K9 for the Metro Transit Police Department (MTPD) in Washington DC. The MTPD is the policing agency of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and unique in U.S. law enforcement.
